With the Cystic Fibrosis Pharmacy, ordering your medications has never been easier! Once you've enrolled, simply order your meds by whichever method is easiest for you. Our pharmacy will direct-bill any insurance company for all pharmacy charges that have been incurred. You are responsible for your annual deductibles and all share of costs. You may request that long term medications be placed on automatic shipment so that your medication automatically refills and arrives at the same time every month. If you have a prescription at another pharmacy that you wish to have transferred to us, simply call our pharmacy and request that the pharmacist obtain a copy of your prescription from that pharmacy.

Medication can be ordered from our pharmacy in the following ways:

1. Call our pharmacy and request that we call your physician to obtain your prescription, or have your physician call our pharmacy directly.

3. You or your physician can fax your prescription to the pharmacy. Be sure to include the patient's name, address, the physician name, address, and phone number. Please make sure all hand-written prescriptions are legible.
